1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter - "Terms") govern the relationship between "MEDIA REKLAMA" LLC (hereinafter - "Company", "we", "our") and users of the mobile application "Кредит разом з MEDIA REKLAMA" (hereinafter - "Application", "Service").

By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

The "Кредит разом з MEDIA REKLAMA" Application is an information and reference service that provides users with the ability to:

• Receive information about available credit offers from partner financial institutions
• Compare lending terms of different institutions
• Submit loan applications through partner institutions
• Receive consultations and recommendations on choosing credit products

The Company does not provide financial services directly and is not a credit organization. All financial operations are carried out exclusively through partner financial institutions.

3. Registration and Account

To fully use the Application, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Update information in case of changes
• Maintain the confidentiality of account login data
• Be responsible for all actions performed under your account

4. Usage Restrictions

When using the Application, you agree to:

• Not use the Application for illegal purposes
• Not provide false or misleading information
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Application systems
• Not use automated systems to collect data
• Not distribute malicious code, viruses, or other destructive technologies
• Not violate intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

All materials contained in the Application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of the Company or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free, or secure operation of the Application
• Accuracy, completeness, or relevance of information about credit offers
• Approval of your loan application by partner institutions
• Achievement of any specific results from using the Application

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Actions or inactions of partner financial institutions
• Decisions of partner institutions regarding loan approval or rejection
• Technical failures or interruptions in the Application's operation

8. Relationship with Partner Institutions

When submitting a loan application through the Application, you enter into a direct relationship with the respective partner financial institution. The Company is not a party to these relationships and is not responsible for:

• Lending terms established by partner institutions
• Decisions of partner institutions regarding your applications
• Quality of services provided by partner institutions

All issues related to lending are resolved directly with the partner institution in accordance with its rules and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the Application or email. Continued use of the Application after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Access Termination

The Company has the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Application at any time without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Create a threat to the security of other users or the system

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine at the location of the Company.
